Maintaining the Online Master Calendar

It is extremely important that your online booking calendar on Grand Vacation Rentals be accurate and up to date at all times so that we can accurately accept bookings on your behalf. Please keep it updated by adding any rentals you accept outside of our system! Otherwise, your property may be double booked*.

You may also have a rentors.org calendar that you use on your vacation rental listing on websites such as VRBO. It is ok to use this calendar on your listing sites; however, at this time we cannot obtain the information from your rentors.org calendar. So you must keep both calendars up to date for them to be valid.

Any bookings made or cancelled through the Grand Vacation Rentals website will automatically update your calendar. However, if you accept or cancel a booking OUTSIDE of the Grand Vacation Rentals booking system, you must manually enter the booking or cancellation through Owner’s Place, which is available 24/7.

*If there is a double booking, the booking in Grand Vacation Rentals should take priority.
