How do I cancel a booking?

1. Click on any day of the booking in either the calendar summary1 or the 6-month calendar2. This will take you to the View Booking page.



2. Click on the "Cancel This Booking" button.



3. grandvacationrentals.com will ask you to confirm your desire to cancel the booking and will give you the option of sending an email confirming the cancellation to the renter.

Note: The View Booking page displays all the information about a booking, including links to various functions related to the booking, such as the ability to cancel it.

Another way to get to the View Booking page is to click on the "View" button to the left of the booking in the View Bookings Report.

1 To get to the calendar summary, which is only available if you have more than one property listed, simply click on the Calendar tab. If you have one property listed, clicking on the Calendar tab will display the 6-month calendar.

2To get to the 6-month calendar, click on the Calendar tab, and then click on the calendar icon at the far left of the row for the property whose calendar you would like to access; or click on the Properties tab and then click on the calendar icon to the right of the property whose calendar you would like to access.
